Gathering Grace Corporate Event Packages
Gathering Grace is the perfect venue for corporate retreats, board meetings, strategy sessions, and team-building events. Our space blends elevated hospitality with purposeful design, offering a warm and inspiring atmosphere with full AV support, in-house catering, and personal attention from our team.
Important Notes:
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
  • All corporate rentals include an on-site attendant and access to AV equipment.
  • Bookings must include a food package appropriate to the time block selected.
Half-Day Package
4-Hour Rental
Ideal for morning meetings, working lunches, or afternoon sessions. Basic tables, chairs, and table clothes included. Additional touches such as custom linens, florals, notepads, etc. available.
Rental Rate: $350 flat rental rate
Package Includes:
Private access to the Gathering Grace space
(up to 4 hours)
Use of mounted television (HDMI + streaming)
On-site attendant throughout event
Infused water, coffee service available
Setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and linens
Half day packages must include one catering package.
Full-Day Package
8-Hour Rental
Ideal for full retreats, planning intensives, or multi-part meetings. Basic tables, chairs, and table clothes included. Additional touches such as custom linens, florals, notepads, etc. available.
Rental Rate: $600 flat rental rate
Exclusive Use
Exclusive use of Gathering Grace space for up to 8 hours
AV Equipment
Full access to AV equipment
On-site Support
On-site attendant throughout the day
Refreshments
Coffee, tea, and infused water station refilled as needed
Setup and breakdown included
Required Catering: Full-day packages must include one full service meal option and one snack option.
Booking & Terms
Booking Requirements
  • Minimum 10 guests required
  • Bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance
Payment Schedule
  • 50% deposit due at booking
  • Final payment due 4 days before event
Final Preparations
  • Final guest count and food selections must be confirmed 5 days in advance
